Delete your Momentality account

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. Open Momentality and go to the Household tab.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Or ask us by email

Email hello@momentality.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in
• Your profile, settings and notification preferences
• Your connected calendar accounts and the access we were given to them
• If you're the only adult in your household: the whole household, including its events, tasks, children's names and colors, helpers and Elle conversations

What stays

• If other adults share your household, the household and its shared events and tasks stay with them. You're removed from it.
• App usage events and crash reports we keep to improve the app. Once your account is deleted, they can no longer be tied back to you.
• Anything we're required by law to keep.

Remaining copies, including backups, are erased within 30 days.
